Yup, so that's about it.
I did have a great workout this morning.
An hour of strength training: Shoulders/Bis/Tris and Abs
It was total Jell-o arms and yes, that's a good thing!
Is there anything you would like to see me work on a recipe for?
I am willing to try anything...

DeleteMelt unsweetened carob chips, make chocolate shell with them, squeeze in some unsweetened nut butter and cover with a bit more chocolate.
