I am blogging from the recumbent bike at the gym. Haha!
I don't know, does that make me a lousy blogger or biker?!
Seriously, the thing is INCREDIBLY boring!
I have been slacking on actual cross training.
My legs need to get some love outside of running and my weight training.
It will help my running, I know but...

Anyhoo...
I already did a half hour of weights before coming here and I am pretty darned excited about tanning when I am done sweating!
Yes, I know it is bad for me but I need some sun, even if it's fake!

February can be a rough month. Winter is almost over and the day's are a little longer. It's also a good month to catch up on some rest. Hang in there your doing fine...
